CCURV is a 50:50 joint venture between Croydon Council and John Laing and the first local asset backed vehicle of its kind to be established in the UK. Croydon Council offers regeneration opportunities from its portfolio in to the vehicle.
As part of Croydon Council’s ongoing regeneration, CCURV will deliver sustainable facilities to benefit the entire community. These developments will help achieve the Council’s regeneration objectives, unlock land value and deliver development profit to the partnership.
