CCURV is a 50:50 joint venture between Croydon Council and John Laing. CCURV is working closely with Sir Robert McAlpine (main contractor for the BWH) and Wates Construction (main contractor for the Waddon Leisure and Housing Scheme) to achieve a package of pre-negotiated outputs that will benefit the community.
