Since April 2010, the amount of waste recycled from the Bernard Weatherill House (BWH), formally the Public Service Delivery Hub (PSDH) development site has consistently remained high month on month, currently reaching a level of 99.98%. It is anticipated that this level of waste recycling will continue to be maintained throughout the life of the development...

To mark the one year anniversary since the start of the initial building phase of the Public Service Delivery Hub (PSDH), CCURV and Sir Robert McAlpine are working with pupils from St Peters School in Croydon to host a time capsule event at the development site...

Since April 2010, the number of local people employed at the Public Service Delivery Hub (PSDH) development site has continued to exceed the CCURV target of 10% month on month and it is anticipated this will continue to increase throughout the life of the development.

Croydon Council Urban Regeneration Vehicle (CCURV) has signed a building contract with Wates Construction to deliver the Waddon Leisure and Social Housing scheme. CCURV is a 25 year joint venture between John Laing and Croydon Council.
